APPLICATIONS

DALTON TOWNSHIP
COUNTY OF MUSKEGON

Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will conduct public hearings at a meeting on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.by electronic remote access, unless by the date of the meeting, it becomes lawful under state agency rules for an indoor in-person meeting.   At these hearings, the property located at 5830 Holton Rd. will be considered as the site for the issuance of a special use permit for the purpose of construction of 40 new min-storage units.  In addition, a public hearing will be conducted for the purpose of expansion of Gard Dog Storage at 3165 Whitehall Rd.  The Special Use permit applications and the Zoning Ordinance are available in the office of the Zoning Administrator, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
