NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

DALTON TOWNSHIP

PLANNING COMMISSION

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 6:00 pm. This hearing is for a proposed amendment to the zoning ordinance sections 4.41 Attached Garages, and 16.45 Mini-Warehousing; Self Storage.

A copy of the proposed ordinance is available at the township office, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Please call (231) 332-6706 for further information.

The Township of Dalton will provide necessary, reasonable auxiliary aids and services such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed material considered at the meeting, to individuals who want to attend the meeting, upon seven (7) days notice to the Township of Dalton.  Individuals with disabilities, auxiliary aids, or services should contact the Township of Dalton by writing or calling the following:  Jeff Martin, Supervisor, Dalton Township, 1616 E.
