NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DALTON TOWNSHIP
PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will conduct
a public hearing for a special land use applicationsubmitted by Chris Morin of Morinco, LLC
dba Ice Box Brand for a retail store selling beer, wine, and spirits at 4207 Whitehall Rd.
This hearing will be held at 6:00 pm on January 25, 2022
at the Dalton Township office, 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is available at the township office,
during the hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

The Township of Dalton will provide necessary, reasonable auxiliary aids and services
such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed material
considered at the meeting, to individuals who want to attend the meeting,
upon seven (7) days notice to the Township of Dalton.
