NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DALTON TOWNSHIP
PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will conduct public hearings at a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at 6:00 pm for the following items:
• An amendment to the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance regarding lot coverage, lakefront setbacks, Transportation Terminals and Site Plan Reviews.
• An Amendment to the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance regarding Mobile Food Vendors.
A copy of the proposed ordinances are available at the township office, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Please call (231) 332-6706 for further information.
The Township of Dalton will provide necessary, reasonable auxiliary aids and services such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed material considered at the meeting, to individuals who want to attend the meeting, upon seven (7) days notice to the Township of Dalton.
