NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
DALTON TOWNSHIP
PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will conduct public hearings at a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 6:00 pm for the following items:
• The request of Guy Stanhope for a zone change for parcel 61-07-012-300-0011-00 along Holton Rd which is currently owned by Derby Property Management LLC from Agricultural/Resource Conservation District to the Regional Commercial District.
• The Request of Blackmer Holdings-Cadillac, LLC for a special land use permit at 350 W. Riley Thompson Rd to extend the operating hours of Thunderbird Raceway to12:00 am midnight, and to add concessions.
Written comments may be mailed or delivered to the township office at 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd, Muskegon, MI 49445 or emailed to zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Copies of these requests are available for review at the township office between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:30 pm. Please call (231) 332-6706 for further information.
The Township of Dalton will provide necessary, reasonable auxiliary aids and services such as signers for the hearing impaired and audiotapes of printed material considered at the meeting, to individuals who want to attend the meeting, upon seven (7) days notice to the Township of Dalton.
