Zoning Board of Appeals Public Hearing


Dalton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 1616 E Riley Thompson, Muskegon, MI 49445 on June 7, 2022 at 6:00pm for a variance at 2642 Johnston Ave. A variance of 20 feet is being requested from Section 9.5.E.a of the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance which requires minimum setback of 60 feet from the ordinary high watermark of Twin Lake. If granted, the variance would permit an attached deck to be 40 feet from the ordinary high watermark of Twin Lake.
