Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 6:00 pm for a proposed special land use permit at 4912 Russell Rd for the addition of an office building and cold storage workshop building to the existing special land use.
A copy of the proposed Special Land Use application is available at the Dalton Township Office, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Please call (231) 332-6706 for further information. Written comments may be sent to the above address or via email to: zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Comments should be received no later than June 27.
The Township of Dalton will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 72 hours advanced notice to the Township.
