DALTON TOWNSHIP
PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will conduct public hearings at a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 6:00 pm. These hearings will be for the following items:
• A special land use permit application at 685 Sanctuary Dr for a ground a mounted solar array.
• A special land use permit application at 3224 E Tyler Rd for ground mounted solar array.
A copy of the proposed special land use permit applications are available at the Dalton Township Office, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Please call (231) 332-6706 for further information. Written comments may be sent to the above address or via email to: zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Comments should be received no later than July 25.
The Township of Dalton will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 72 hours advanced notice to the Township.
