ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

Dalton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 1616 E Riley Thompson, Muskegon, MI 49445 on August 17, 2022 at 6:00pm for a variances requested at 3287 Rich Rd. The request is for two dimensional variances of 3 acres from Section 5.5.A of the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance which requires minimum lot area of 5 acres. If granted, the variances would permit the creation of two new lots, each with an area of 2 acres.
The application materials and the Zoning Ordinance are available in the office of the Zoning Administrator at the above address. Please call 231-332-6706 for further information. Written comments can be sent to Dalton Township Zoning Board of Appeals at the above address or zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Written comments should be received no later than August 16.
