Dalton Township Planning Commission Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 6:00 pm. This hearing will be for a special land use permit application at 3918 Holton Rd and parcel 61-07-024-400-0018-10 for wholesale warehousing and a ground mount solar energy array.
A copy of the proposed special land use permit application is available for review at the Dalton Township Office, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Please call (231) 332-6706 for further information. Written comments may be sent to the above address or via email to: zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Comments should be received no later than September 26.
The Township of Dalton will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 72 hours advanced notice to the Township.
