NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DALTON TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will conduct public hearings at a regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 6:00 pm in consideration of the following items:
• A request by DTE for a special land use permit at 2550 E Michillinda Rd (parcel 61-07-011-400-0012-00) and parcel 61-07-011-400-0011-00 for a natural gas essential services facility.
• A request by Alec VandenBosch for a zoning district amendment at 3817 Whitehall Rd (parcel 61-07-019-300-0028-00) from C-2 Regional Commercial to R-1 Low Density Residential.
A copy of the proposed special land use and zoning district amendments are available at the Dalton Township Office, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Please call (231) 332-6706 for further information. Written comments may be sent to the above address or via email to: zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Comments should be received no later than November 28.
The Township of Dalton will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 72 hours advanced notice to the Township.
