Dalton Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 1616 E Riley Thompson, Muskegon, MI 49445 on December 19, 2022 at 6:00pm for the following requests:
• 2505 Whitehall Rd: A dimensional variance of 35 ft from Section 4.37.B.1.b, and Section 11.5.E.1 of the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance which require fences taller than 4 ft to be placed 40 ft from the front property line. If granted, the variance would permit a 6 ft tall chain link fence to be placed 5 ft from the front property line.
• 4072 Russell Rd: A dimensional variance of 432 sq ft from Section 4.41 of the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance which limits the size of attached garages to no larger than 1000 sq ft. If granted, the variance would permit an attached garage of 1432 sq ft.
