NOTICE OF ADOPTION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a meeting of the Dalton Township Board held on October 9, 2023 the Township Board adopted Ordinance 2023-11, an ordinance to amend the zoning ordinance for accessory dwelling units, flag lots, and minimum dwelling requirements.
The complete text of this Ordinances are available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM Monday – Thursday. This ordinance shall be effective on October 23, 2023.
