PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at 6:00 pm at the Dalton Township Hall at 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd in consideration of the following item:
- Application for a Special Land Use Permit at 4067 Central Rd for a group child care home.
The application materials and proposed ordinance are available for review at the Dalton Township Hall, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, or by calling (231) 332-6706. Any interested person may attend the public hearing and may offer comments to the planning commission. Written comments may also be sent to the above address or via email to: zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Written comments should be received no later than August 28, 2023.
The Township of Dalton will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 72 hours advanced notice to the Township.
