NOTICE OF ADOPTION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at a meeting of the Dalton Township Board held on January 8, 2024 the Township Board adopted Ordinance 2023-12, an ordinance to rezone parcels 61-07-012-300-0011-01 and
61-07-012-300-0011-10 which are vacant land on Holton Rd from C-2 Regional Commercial to R-1 Low Density Residential.
The complete text of this Ordinance is available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM Monday – Thursday. This ordinance shall be effective January 21, 2023.
