Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Dalton Township Hall, 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd, Muskegon, MI 49445 in consideration of the following request:

Application for a Special Land Use permit at 5449 Holton Rd for a Home Based Business for motor vehicle repair.

The special land use permit application and the Dalton Township Zoning Ordinance are available for review in the office of the Zoning Administrator at 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Please call (231) 332-6706 for further information. Written comments may be sent to the above address or via email to: zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Comments should be received no later than Monday, January 29, 2024.

The Township of Dalton will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 72 hours advanced notice to the Township.
