PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at 6:00 pm at 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd in consideration of the following item:
Special Land Use Application at 350 W. Riley Thompson Rd to amend the special land use permit for Thunderbird Raceway to extend racing hours until 11:45 pm as needed.
The special land use permit application materials and are available for review at the Dalton Township Office, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Any interested person may attend the public hearing and may offer comments to the planning commission. Written comments may also sent to the above address or via email to: zoningadministrator@daltontownship.org. Written comments should be received no later than March 25, 2024. The Township of Dalton will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services at the meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 72 hours advanced notice to the Township.
