Section 308 Notice Concerning Issuance of Municipal Security with a
Limited Tax Full Faith and Credit Pledge of the Township of Dalton
Take notice that the Township Board of the Township of Dalton will hold a regular meeting on Monday, May 8, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., to be held at the Township Hall, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Road, Muskegon, MI 49445. During the meeting, the Township Board will discuss or approve, among other items, a resolution approving the issuance of Special Assessment Bonds in the estimated amount of $222,000 by the Township in accordance with Act 188 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1954, as amended. If approved, the bonds will be secured by the Township’s limited tax full faith and credit pledge.
This Notice is provided in accordance with Section 308 of Act 34 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 2001, as amended and Act 267 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1976, as amended. In accordance with said Section 308, notice is hereby provided that at the above-referenced meeting, the Township Board will discuss or approve the issuance of a municipal security by the Township with the Township’s limited tax full faith and credit pledge.
