NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Township Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 6:00 pm at 1616 E Riley Thompson Rd in consideration of the following items:

• Special Land Use Application to construct and establish a private road at 2677 Middle Lake Rd, 2663 Middle Lake Rd, and Parcel 61-07-012-300-0001-00.

The proposed ordinance application materials, and Zoning Ordinance are available for review at the Dalton Township Office, 1616 E. Riley Thompson Rd during the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Any interested person may attend the public hearing and may offer comments to the planning commission.
